Leadership Team

Dave and Laury Chandler planted LCF 26 years ago after moving back to their home town from their first church plant. Together they have 6 children and best of all, 14 grand children who they love to spend their time with. Dave and Laury have a blast riding their motorcycle and traveling. Above all they love to serve Jesus and His church here in Moses Lake. Down to earth, real, relevant and authentic are words that describe them and the ministry at Lake City Foursquare.

Oscar and Linda have served with Pastors, Dave and Laury here at Lake City almost since the beginning but they have served together in Ministry since they were married in 1991. They met while attending the same college in Louisiana. After getting married, they made their home in Moses Lake and raised three amazing children. They recently entered their grandparent era and are loving every moment of it! They are passionate about being involved in the community and get excited about seeing people transformed and empowered by a forgiving Savior.
